Our workforce is made up of caring and well-experienced employees with certificates in various health related skills. Our employees are also subject to undergo a 10 Panel Drug Test and a Background Check through CADepartment of Social Services. This is to ensure that our clients are in the safest hands possible.

Because Carescope is a corporation, our caregivers are employed by us, so we do not contract out. Our quality caregivers are put through a thorough interview process, reference checks, drug screening, criminal and background check, and we have also supplied them with their skills test.
